About
I work across the whole development lifecycle, turning business requirements into applications that hold up in production. Most of that work lives in web APIs, database-driven systems, payment gateway integrations, and accounting software connectivity, with cloud tooling around the edges.
Billing is a domain where small errors are expensive and visible. That shapes how I build: careful data modelling, explicit reconciliation, and integrations that fail loudly rather than quietly. I value clear communication and collaborative delivery over heroics.
Alongside my development career I manage a small e-commerce business. It gives me a hands-on view of operations, customer experience, and the practical cost of a system that doesn't quite work — perspective I bring back into the products I build.

Invoicing platform built on .NET Core 8 and SQL Server with a modular monolith architecture. Supports Admin, Partner, Reseller, and Client workflows, with billing plans, templates, and two-way QuickBooks Online and Desktop synchronisation.
Payments
Merchant payment solution supporting multiple gateways. Teams can raise invoices and sales receipts, process keyed or swiped transactions, and push the resulting records straight into their accounting software.
Desktop
Desktop invoicing and payment application using ASP.NET Web Forms and SQL Server, integrated with QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Xero for invoice status and transaction reporting.
Scheduling
Appointment scheduling APIs for doctors, salons, and consultants, with online meeting integrations and Google Calendar synchronisation.
Integration
Application development covering QuickBooks integration and BrightPay payment gateway transactions.
IoT & web
Web portal that ingests blockchain mining telemetry and lets users manage their mining rigs and GPUs.
Management
Management system handling entities, reports, attendance, and slip generation, built with C#, MySQL, and email services.

Augmented reality learning project using 3D models to explain elements, compounds, and chemical reactions.
Running an e-commerce business keeps me close to the customer experience, day-to-day operations, and the practical challenges of growing something. When I build a billing screen, I've been the person on the other side of it.
